The vision of a young child to create a foundation to bring joy to the lives of other children and families battling cancer came to be just prior to his death. 

Bear Necessities has been supporting pediatric patients and families across Chicago and beyond for over fifteen years through our Small Miracle program, grants to our partner hospitals for onsite family support programs and grants for promising cancer research.
